I have a headache very often, like almost 3 or 4 times a week. I noticed that when they eat a good amount of sugar at a time, I have a terrible headache that is not a whole day or more of total spend. I know that if I take aspirin or something that is limited in general, but I want to know why this happens. Is there something wrong with me or not, that for most people happen?
