I have a question about editing a picture for myspace? - autism awareness ribbon

I have a question if someone can help me please. April is Autism Awareness Day in the United States and my son is autistic. Let me take a picture of him and add an autism awareness ribbon somewhere in the picture. I've seen it, but I'm not sure. Who knows how to do this? That to me would mean a lot.
