Why do I always get a stomach ache when I work out? - stomach ache more condition_symptoms
I know not that far off (I believe that if they work more often now that it's summer and I have) more time, but if I'm good, I still have a stomach ache. Why and disappear as soon as my body is in better shape?

It is a real stomach cramps or evil? Sprint wants to do just a bit of jogging (or walking), then you can take a break. It depends on how hard you work out, excessive eating or drinking may be too early, before the bottom.
Hmm, can not be hard to stomach, probably only runs a spasm or not.
If it's a cramp, and then just grab and hold your stomach where it hurts and hold it for a minute and as it happens.
It will disappear when you do your body more accustomed.
Go ask your physician and begin training after she is out of shape to a shock to all parts of the body. Only a conversation with your doctor to see if everything goes well.
